Subscription is closed - only appointed additional players / substitutes may register.

You must fill in the form - just transferring the amount due is no registration.
You may only subscribe as a player to the WMC if you have been nominated by your country's organization based on the quota for that country. If your country has put you on the substitute player list, you may subscribe but should await further notice (do not transfer any funds, other than for merchandise).
If your country does not have an organization and / or has not been assigned a quota, you may claim a seat out of the quota for 'Rest of the world' or 'Rest of Europe' - before subscribing, you should first contact the organization.
The player fee has been established at 222,- Euros, for non-playing partners / supporters the fee is 100,- Euros. Your subscription is final upon receipt of the participation fee; pre-ordered merchandise must be paid in advance or your reservation may not hold.
Non-playing partners will be entitled to the following:
- Day 1 (Aug. 26): Opening ceremony
- Day 2 (Aug. 27): Lunch
- Day 3 (Aug. 28): Lunch and diner
- Day 4 (Aug. 29): Lunch and closing ceremony
Not included for any subscriber:
- Hotel
- Transportation
- Additional excursions or workshops (program to be determined and / or announced later *)

Furthermore, by subscribing to the WMC:
- You accept the ‘rules and regulations’ for the tournament, notably the ‘Mahjong Competition Rules’ (WMO 2006, a.k.a. ‘the green book’) and the ‘MERS Tournament Regulations – Mahjong Competition Rules’ (EMA 2008);
- You agree to the use of your photo for organizational purposes (i.e. badges, presentation of participants, et cetera);
- You do not object to pictures being taken or video being shot during any stage of the championship and the publication thereof. The rights to these materials belong and remain to the organization of the WMC.
All other transferred and collected personal data in relation to the WMC is only for internal use by the organizers and will not be shared with other parties.
* The organization has already established that a referee workshop (with EMA certification) will be held on Thursday, Aug. 26. If you want to participate, you can indicate this on the subscription form - the additional cost for this is 60 Euro.
